I have an issue that some teams and channels are not visible in Teams Desktop (v25306.804.4102.7193).

Before I opened the web interface many of the Teams were missing on desktop interface but they started to appear once I started to click throught them in the web interface. However there are some channels in some teams that do not appear on Desktop no matter whan I try to do.

I tried with See all your teams and See all channels but they simply do not appear on desktop.
I think this is a bug in Teams Desktop.

    Hi Gregor Tušar

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing the issue when channels just vanish on desktop but are perfectly fine in the web version

Before we dig deeper, could you please try these two quick things

    1.Switch to the “Separate” view:

    • Open Teams in your browser (teams.microsoft.com)
    • Click your profile picture > Settings > General > look for “Viewing chats, teams and channels” > choose Separate instead of Combined
    • Close the browser and restart the desktop app.

    2.Clear Teams cache:

    • If Teams is still running, right-click the Teams icon on the taskbar, and then select Quit.
    • Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key  +R.
    • In the Run dialog box, enter %userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams
    • select OK.
    • Delete all files and folders in the directory.
    • Restart Teams.

The initial response may not fully address your needs, but it will help me better understand your situation and give the advice. Thank you for your patience while we work through it
