Microsoft tell me to initiate a repair via my account by selecting the item and answering the questions.

I do this and end up at this screen:

'TraceID: xYdEKj0ik0KHTQ+v.2.184

Something happened. Wait a while and try again. If the problem persists, [please contact us](https://support.microsoft.com/contactus"kontaktirajte nas").

MICROSOFT where is your chat box? Where is your assistance?

MICROSOFT if you do not want to offer assistance JUST have all the programs work !!!

I JUST WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AT MICROSOFT AND INITIATE A REPAIR.

It seems you're facing difficulties with the repair initiation process for your Surface Pro. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Verify Internet Connection: Ensure your internet connection is stable, as interruptions can lead to errors during the repair process.
    2. Clear Browser Cache: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies may help resolve any issues related to stored data. After doing this, try initiating the repair again.
    3. Use a Different Browser or Device: If the problem persists, try using a different web browser or device to see if that resolves the issue.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support: Since the error message suggests contacting support, it would be beneficial to reach out to Microsoft directly. You can do this through the support link provided in the error message. They can assist you in troubleshooting the error and help you initiate the repair.
    5. Utilize the Surface Support Portal: If you have access to the Surface Support Portal, you can create a service request there. Make sure to provide detailed information about the issue you're experiencing to expedite the process.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, contacting Microsoft Support will likely be the best course of action to ensure your Surface Pro gets the necessary repair.

    Hello, Ruby Raull.

Log in to your Microsoft account on the page https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=www.microsoft.com

Enter (without quotes) "agent support" in the search bar and press Enter or click on Get Help. Ignore the search results, and click on the "Contact Support" button at the bottom. On the next page, select "Surface" and the device model series from the drop-down lists, and then click on "Confirm". Next, select the chat "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" and on the next page, enter your (the one that works) email address and click on "Confirm". A chat window will open in a new tab. Wait for the operator to respond.

Note. The chat is available during business hours and on business days according to US time.
