    Hi Jesse Herrera,

Good day. I'm Jhun an independent advisor. In regards with your OneDrive issue, try to do check and do some things on your OneDrive.

    1. To check your storage's real capacity accurately, login to OneDrive through a web browser. Visit onedrive.live.com.
    2. Sign in and verify if you are using the correct Microsoft account that has the 2 TB plan.
    3. Check and empty your Recycle Bin. Permanently delete its files. It still occupies space on your storage.
    4. Inspect version history of your large or frequently edited files. Delete older versions of your files that you dont need.
    5. If OneDrive was just upgraded, wait for a few minutes or an hour for the new storage capacity to reflect. Try also relinking OneDrive.
    6. Reset OneDrive sync or reinstall your OneDrive app.

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Jhun
