Changed our domain and now i can't access our b2c tenants

This is a 3rd request due to limitations of the ticketing system, but it is related to my previous tickets... there are two more tenants i need access to.

Original request:

"We changed our domain in entra. I still have access to azure and can see the b2c tenants we created in there, but when i click to access them, it forces me to use my old account email which doesn't exist anymore so i can't access it. I need help in resolving this issue"

    The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to access the tenants.

    To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenants and assist in resolving the issue.
