Hello,
could you please provide guidance on how to download the correct Windows 11 Pro N ISO specifically for the ARM architecture?
I have reviewed the official Microsoft download pages for Windows 11 and ARM versions, but the available ARM ISOs only include Home, Pro, or Home Single Language editions. I have not found an ISO that contains Windows 11 Pro N (ARM).
Could you confirm:
Whether a Windows 11 Pro N edition exists for ARM devices,
And if so, where the official ARM ISO with the Pro N edition can be downloaded?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards, David Horák

Hi David,
Windows 11 Pro N exists on Arm, but there is no separate Pro N labeled ARM ISO though. Microsoft now provides a single Windows 11 Arm64 multi edition ISO that unlocks the correct edition based on the product key you enter.
Download the official Windows 11 for Arm based PCs ISO from Microsoft. As of today, that page lists the current release as Windows 11 2025 Update version 25H2 and explicitly states the Arm64 ISO is multi edition and uses your product key to unlock the correct edition.
Create your Parallels VM from that ISO and when Setup asks for a key, enter your Windows 11 Pro N key to install Pro N directly. If you have already installed without a key or landed on Home or Pro, open Settings > System > Activation > Change product key and enter your Pro N key. Windows will switch the installed edition to Pro N and activate without reinstalling.
Microsoft documents that Windows desktop editions also include N SKUs and that changing the product key is a supported path to move to the corresponding N edition.
If you want an extra assurance that Pro N is a current Windows 11 edition, Microsoft lists Windows 11 Pro N on its official KMS client activation keys page. That page is architecture agnostic and applies to Windows 11, including ARM devices, which is why the same product key workflow works on Arm installations as well.
