To initiate a return for your Surface Pro, you need to submit a support ticket. Here’s how you can do it:
- Navigate to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
- In the left-hand navigation menu, select Support.
- Under Support, select Microsoft Surface support.
- On the Microsoft Surface support Overview tab, select Create support request.
- Enter your issue regarding the return in the live chat field.
- If the return button is not available, mention this in your request so that the agent can assist you further.
- You will be able to track your support request under the Help & support tab.
A Microsoft Customer Service Representative will contact you to discuss your return options.
