Need to speak with an agent about returning my surface pro. According to the Microsoft I am eligible to return it however the return button is not available.

MICROSOFT RETURN POLICY A BUNCH OF BS! CAN'T GET A PERSON TO TALK TO EVEN THOUGH I HAVE CALLED TWICE. PURCHASE IS WITHIN THE RETURN WINDOW AS IT WAS DELIVERED ON OCT. 9, 2025!
