I was chatting with a Microsoft Help Technician "Bo" and she uninstalled my OneDrive app. She gave me a link to resume the chat after I restarted my Windows PC. The link didn't work on Chrome or Edge. They called me but no one was on the line. Over the course of one minute I kept asking, "Is anyone there?" No one answered, I hung up. They called me again, I stayed on the call one minute, same thing...crickets. I tried to use my existing case number, yet they had closed it. How convenient. I tried to find chat support so I could resume troubleshooting, but for the life of me, I can no longer find the chat support link like before, to restart a chat conversation. It's as if they removed the capability. I read the online help, USELESS. I've lost 2.5 hours of my time, again, thank you MS. tried four times, nada. I was directed here. I'm hoping I can get this resolved.

Does anyone know how to download OneDrive from one's MS 365 account page? I am logged in, but I cannot find the link.

To download OneDrive from your Microsoft 365 account, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Microsoft 365 account: Go to the Microsoft 365 portal and sign in with your credentials.
    2. Navigate to the OneDrive section: Once logged in, look for the OneDrive app in the list of available applications. It may be listed under the app launcher (the grid icon in the upper-left corner).
    3. Download OneDrive: If you are unable to find a direct download link, you can also visit the OneDrive download page directly from the Microsoft website. This will allow you to download the OneDrive sync client.

If you continue to experience issues, consider reinstalling OneDrive by following the instructions provided in the troubleshooting documentation, which includes uninstalling and then reinstalling the application.

If you need further assistance, you might want to check the Microsoft 365 Community for additional support options or create a support incident through the Microsoft support portal.

Never mind, I called a IT savvy buddy who instructed me to download it a different way, not through my 365 prescription. What a colossal waste of time. I just bought a Mac; not joking.

The download link is here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/download-onedrive-579d71c9-fbdd-4d6a-80ba-d0fac3920aac

But OneDrive should already be installed on your computer. It's built into Windows.

Click on the OneDrive Personal white cloud icon on your taskbar. The blue cloud icon is OneDrive Business, which you may not have.
