To get refund for these licenses, I highly recommend you contact Amazon Support again and reference their return/refund policy for software purchases. In this case, Microsoft does not have access to Amazon’s billing system, so refunds must always be requested from the original seller.
Moreover, you can still contact Microsoft Support for guidance on:
- Available upgrade options.
- Recommendations for moving to Microsoft 365 or Office 2024.
- Assistance with license deactivation or troubleshooting.
