Previously purchased 2021 office license through Amazon. Trying to get refund or update from Microsoft

My company recently purchased 4 Volume Microsoft Office 2021 license from Amazon. We no longer need/use Office 2021 so we are attempting to either get a refund or upgrade this license to Office 2024. However, Amazon is saying we need to go through Microsoft for this. How can we get this upgraded or get a refund?
