I am having problems with level two headings,, table of contents and extra space at the bottom of my pages.

    You can't speak to a live agent here. This is a user-to-user support forum. I am live. Most people answering questions here are live. But it is a forum situation, not a chat and not talking. If you get chat on the Microsoft site you can ask for such an agent. However, chances are you will get quicker and better help here.

    Note that the APA template in Word is for APA 6th, not APA 7th. See https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/apa-7th-edition-word/0b54cbd8-fd3f-4b30-b94d-26802c1681e7.

    You mention level two headings, space at the bottom of your pages, and table of contents. To get the best answers here, post a separate question for each of these.
