I need help transferring my Microsoft Learn Experts (2025–2026) profile and certificate.

 

My old work email, which was used to access my Microsoft Learn Experts profile, has been deleted and I can no longer sign in.

    I try many times and used several way

    but i cant reach to the bath that I can get my certificates

    and I cant use my school accounts

    and all tell me that Microsoft can help me

    I am have been trying to access my Microsoft certification profile multiple times, including attempts in October/November, but without success. Today I tried again and followed all recommended steps, but the issue still persists.
