How to deactivate the two step verification when you have lost your cell phone?

While traveling, my cell phone, registered with a Costa Rican service provider was stolen in the El Salvador airport. Now I am working in Nicaragua. I need to collect field data using Excel in my Android Tablet, but when I open Excel it tries to validate my ID. Among the validation methods I have no option for using an e-mail. All options available are cell phone dependent. If I try to install the Microsoft Authenticator I can't complete the installation process, as it requires my cell phone for validation.

How can I deactivate the two step verification method, or how can I use my e-mail for the same purpose.
