The error message ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED, along with the fact that the site stopped working right after your company switched CRM providers, makes it very likely that the new CRM domain or its security settings haven’t been added to your company’s firewall or proxy yet.
Please kindly check with your IT team or CRM provider to confirm the new CRM domain and its IP addresses are fully allowed, and that DNS and SSL settings are correctly configured.
