can't log in "hotmail"

when i try to log in, i got this mssg.

"Request Id: <removed>

Correlation Id: <removed>

Timestamp: 2025-12-05T03:10:43Z

Message: AADSTS500200: User account '******@hotmail.com' is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application unless explicitly invited to an organization. Try signing out and signing back in with an organizational account."

please sent me the reply to ******@korea.ac.kr
because i can't open outlook e mail.

    Hello

    All I can tell is, you are logging into a place where your personal Microsoft doesn't have permission to for access.

    So, what exactly are you trying to log into? An app? A link shared with you by an organization user? Please be more specific about the context.
