We would like to change the Sold-To Entity. Following the instructions, we have completed the attached Customer Requested Billing Account Name Update 2.2021 form and would like to confirm where this form should be sent.

Could you please also advise on the next steps after submission?

To change the Sold-To Entity for your Microsoft billing account, you need to submit the completed Customer Requested Billing Account Name Update form to Microsoft support. Unfortunately, the specific submission address for the form is not provided in the context. After submission, you may need to wait for a response from Microsoft support regarding the approval of your request, as changing the Sold-To name typically requires a credit check and may involve additional verification steps.

For further assistance, you can contact Microsoft support directly to confirm the submission process and inquire about the next steps after your form is submitted.
