    Hello @Belan Marek,

Good day! Thank you for posting your valuable question on Microsoft Q&A forum.

To help us provide the most accurate and effective solution for your missing section, could you share a bit more detail about your setup?

    • What is your Outlook build/version? (Check under File > About Outlook)
    • Are you signed in with a work/business account (linked to your organization’s domain) or a personal account (Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook.com, Yahoo, etc.)?
    • Did the Search Folder disappear immediately after restarting New Outlook?
    • Have you checked if the Search Folder appears in Outlook Web Access (OWA) or Classic Outlook?
    • Are you looking for the Search Folder in a user mailbox or in shared mailboxes?
    • What are the affected operating systems (Windows, MacOS,…)?

This additional context will help us understand your environment and the steps you’ve already taken so we can tailor the guidance to resolve the issue effectively.

In the meantime, if you're having trouble with New Outlook for Windows devices, you can consider trying these steps:

Turn off Enable offline email, calendar, and people:

    • Open New Outlook for Windows.
    • Click on the Settings (gear icon) in the top-right corner.
    • Scroll down and select General > Offiline.
    • Find the option Enable offline email, calendar, and people.
    • Toggle it OFF.
    • Restart Outlook to apply the changes.

Disabling offline mode forces Outlook to work in online mode, pulling data directly from the server. This can:

    • Bypass local cache issues that cause Search Folders to vanish.
    • Ensure the folder visibility matches what’s on the server.

    Manually repair your Outlook App

    • Press Windows + I to open the Settings app.
    • Click on Apps > Installed apps (or Apps & features, depending on your Windows version).
    • Scroll down or search for Outlook for Windows > Click on the three dots > Advanced options

    • Scroll down to the Reset section > Choose Repair

I apologize if I could not jump straight to a solution. I want to avoid suggesting anything that might be inaccurate or unhelpful. Once I have the details above, I’ll be able to assist you more effectively and guide you toward the right resolution.

Looking forward to your response so we can get this sorted out for you together.
