Missing the missing catalog management tab?

Hi All,

Could be a simple newbie misunderstanding here, but I've imported 110 products from my Google Merchant Center. 79 are now active and 31 still pending manual review. However, I have no catalog management to look at a list of my products. Would this be because some are still pending? Assumed with some being active, I should be able to see them?

Thanks in advance, Cath x

    Hi Catherine Roberts,

Thank you for using our Microsoft Advertising Learn Q&A Platform!

Thanks for reaching out! I understand that you would like to review your pending catalog feed on your account. You should be able to view the status of your products directly inside your Merchant Center store.

    • You can see the products that are pending editorial review by going to the Summary page → Product issues section.
    • If you’ve already submitted an appeal, those products will show as pending. If not, you can click on the error message, which will guide you through the process of submitting a review request for your products.
    • If some of your products remain stuck in “pending manual review” for an extended period (more than 48hours), we can escalate this to the editorial team.

This way, you’ll have visibility into both the active products and those awaiting review.

If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support. I have also sent you a private message asking for further details. Please don’t hesitate to reply if you require further assistance.

    Kind regards,
