How to manually add link to folder in sharpoint??

Dear Tem,

I’m still fairly new to SharePoint. We recently integrated our ERP system with OneDrive for Business to allow users to upload supporting documents for their transactions. We’ve automated folder creation using Microsoft Power Automate—so when a new item is created and saved, a corresponding folder is automatically generated. A link to that folder is then supposed to appear in the ERP interface, enabling users to upload files directly from their PC or laptop.

This setup was working well initially, but recently, the folder links have stopped generating. The folders themselves are still being created successfully, but no links are being attached to allow users to upload their supporting documents from the ERP interface.

Could someone please guide me on how to manually add links to these folders so our users can continue uploading their files? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Scenario 2: Troubleshooting the Automation

    Regarding the automation failure, if you are using the "Create sharing link for a file or folder" action in Power Automate (as typically used in these flows), there might be an error occurring.

    Based on your description, I understand that for every item created in the ERP, a corresponding folder is generated simultaneously. It is possible that the flow is encountering a duplication issue (trying to create a folder that already exists) or failing at the specific step where it tries to write the link back to the ERP.
