How do we create a Teams Room Image? I have used the [Moderator note: personal info removed] but it requires the below. In Admin Centre I only see: released Oct 2024, released Sep 2025 and updated Nov 2025. How do we get this ISO file?

    Hello @Abdullah

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Community!

Please understand that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to cover your organization domain name in the description. Please notice to hide these personal or organization

Thank you for contacting us regarding the creation of a Teams Rooms image using the CreateSrsMedia.ps1 script, which requires a specific Windows ISO that matches the following criteria:

    • Version: Windows 11, 24H2 (updated September 2024)
    • Architecture: x64
    • File size: 5,722,114,048 bytes
    • SHA256 checksum: D0DCA325314322518AE967D58C3061BCAE57EE9743A8A1CF374AAD8637E5E8AC

Please note that the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC) has been retired. All software downloads are now managed through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.  User's image

Therefore, to download the required ISO:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center using your organization’s credentials.
    2. Navigate to Billing and select Your products.
    3. Locate your Windows licensing product and download the ISO corresponding to Windows 11, version 24H2 (updated September 2024) x64.

In some cases, the ISO may not appear under the Windows 11 Enterprise section. If this occurs, please check the Windows 11 Pro or Windows 11 Pro for Workstations sections within Your products. Customers have reported that the correct ISO is sometimes listed there instead of under Enterprise.

After downloading the ISO, please verify that it matches the required specifications in the script.

For detailed guidance on creating a Teams Rooms image, please refer to the official Microsoft documentation: Create a Teams Rooms for Windows image – Microsoft Learn

Should you require further help with integrating the ISO into the CreateSrsMedia.ps1 process or troubleshooting common errors, please let me know and I will be happy to assist.
