Where did you get your Windows licence was that pre-installed on the PC or did you purchase a full retail Windows licence from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer, and if so, do you have the product key?

    2

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog

    3

Download the free ShowKeyPlus app from the Microsoft Store.

Please provide a screenshot of that app window and please hide your product key in the screenshot.

The error code 0x8007000D suggests that there is invalid data, which can occur when trying to activate Windows after updating the license key. This issue may be caused by incorrect permissions set on the registry path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root. To fix this, ensure that the System account has the necessary "Enumerate Subkeys" permissions for this registry path and its subkeys.

Additionally, if you encounter this error after installing updates, it may indicate that there are corrupted files or issues with the update process itself. Checking the CBS log files for any catalog file errors or registry-related issues can help identify the root cause of the problem.

If the issue continues, consider using the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant (SaRA) tool, which can assist in troubleshooting activation errors and provide targeted solutions for known error codes.
