I have already asked about this but nothing seams to work. Every time I try to run Microsoft Jigsaw, it tells me i am not signed in to Xbox. I have tried to reset and uninstalled the program. I have tried to sort it out in the services section but nothing seams to work. I have not used the Jigsaw since Jan 2025, but i should have well over 15000 points to play the game, but all i have showing is the start up amount that you get when you are a first time player. I have even uninstaled Xbox and reinstaled it and then signed in. It tells me that I am signed in, but the jigsaw says I am not.

To resolve the issue with signing into Microsoft Jigsaw, you can try the following steps:

    1. Ensure Gaming Services are up to date: Sometimes, outdated services can cause sign-in issues. You can check and update Gaming Services by following these steps:
      • Launch PowerShell as an administrator and enter the command: get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
      • In the same PowerShell window, enter: start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
      • Install the app from the Microsoft Store.
    2. Update the Xbox App: Make sure the Xbox App is also up to date. If you have been in a development sandbox for a long time, the app may not be updated. Switch to the RETAIL sandbox to update it automatically. If it does not update:
      • Launch PowerShell as an administrator and enter: get-appxpackage Microsoft.XboxApp | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
      • In the same PowerShell window, enter: start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9mv0b5hzvk9z
      • Install the app from the Microsoft Store.
    3. Check your Sandbox: Ensure that you are in the RETAIL sandbox, as the Xbox App and its services are not available in other sandboxes.
    4. Verify your Microsoft Game Config IDs: Ensure that the IDs in your MicrosoftGame.config file are correct, especially the StoreId, Identity/Name, Identity/Publisher, TitleId, SCID, and MSAAppId.
    5. Restart your PC: Sometimes, a simple restart can help reset the services needed for sign-in.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider reaching out to support for further assistance.

    Hello George Clarke,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. It's my pleasure to help you today.

I understand that you are currently unable to sign in to a game, even though you can are log in to the Xbox app. I see that the AI assistant has suggest a few answers, can you please check to see if they work for you?

If that doesn't, I'd like to ask a few questions to better understand the situation.

    • Can I have a photo of the screen when you try to log in? Please remember to remove all personal information before posting.
    • May I know if you are able to log in to account.xbox.com normally?
    • You said that you have reset the Xbox app , but may I know if you have tried to restart the game yet?

    I'm waiting for your reply.
