My Windows 11 product key has been disclosed to someone else. My current Windows 11 activation state is “Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account.” If someone else knows my Windows 11 product key, can they use that key to activate their own Windows 11 and deactivate the activation on my PC? As long as my Microsoft account hasn't been hacked, is my Windows 11 activation state secure? My PC was pre-activated when I first purchased it. And if someone were to use my activation key and deactivate my PC, what should I do?

You have nothing to worry about, if Windows was pre-installed on your PC, that is an OEM licence stored on the motherboard that does not have transfer rights to another PC, if that is a retail licence purchased from Microsoft, that is locked to your Microsoft account, if it is a retail licence purchased form a 3rd party retailer, then to transfer the licence, they would need to have your PC on their Microsoft account to transfer the licence, so basically, there is no way for anyone else to be able to use your product key.
