Change Photo om desktop when computer shuts dow and reopened

To change the photo that appears on your desktop when you start your computer, you will need to configure the lock screen and desktop background settings. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Open Settings: Click on the Start menu and select the gear icon to open the Settings app.
2. Personalization: Go to the "Personalization" section.
3. Lock Screen: Select "Lock screen" from the left sidebar. Here, you can change the background image that appears on the lock screen.

Open File Explorer.

Paste this into the address bar and press Enter.

%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Themes

In the resulting folder, delete the TranscodedWallpaper file and the CachedFiles folder.

Restart (not shut down) your PC.

Then open the Settings app, go to Personalization - Background and set your preferred wallpaper image from there.
