How do I change my legal name on learn.microsoft.com account?

You're support system sucks. All I want to do is change my last name for my learn.microsoft.com account from Naron to Walker. I am divorced and have legally change my name back to my maiden name. The site says to contact customer support to do this. However, there's options in the dropdowns to do what I want to do. Moved from Microsoft Security | Windows Autopilot
