I just tried another charger that's the same model number and it worked.
I have a brand new microsoft surface 65W charger model 1706. My surface pro 9 is still saying slow charging as well as to my other colleagues PC. what is going on?

Its unclear how I have a brand new microsoft surface pro Model 1706 charger and my surface pro 9 is still saying its slow charging.
I tried it on my colleagues PC which is also a surface pro 9 and does the same thing. Is it possible this charger is defective out of the box? It says 15V @ 4AMP at 60W. Based on the specs, this is correct.
