To whom it may concern, I pay a yearly subscription fee of 99 Euro for Microsoft Office. I want to use Office 365 and all the apps but can not use it since it says it has expired. Can you please tell me if it is an error on your side or do I use a wrong e-mail account? (PII Removed) my name is Ingo Klause. I have attached the payment as a proof.

Thanks for helping me

Ingo

    Hello

Can you go to your account https://account.live.com, click on subscriptions, can you see the subscription you paid for listed there? If so, make sure the expiration date is not in the past and everything looks good.

Then in the app, like Word, Excel, etc, go to Files > Accounts, click on Update license, log in and see if it that helps.

It sounds like you are experiencing an issue with your Microsoft 365 subscription showing as expired despite having a yearly subscription. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Verify Subscription Status: Check if your subscription is active. You can do this by logging into the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and navigating to Billing > Your products. If the subscription is not active, you may need to reactivate it.
    2. Check Email Account: Ensure that you are using the correct email account associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription. If you have multiple accounts, it’s possible that the subscription is linked to a different email.
    3. Recurring Billing: Make sure that recurring billing is turned on for your subscription. In the Admin Center, under Subscription and payment settings, check if it is set to "On".
    4. Contact Support: If you still cannot access your subscription after these checks, consider contacting Microsoft 365 Support for further assistance. They can help verify your account and subscription status.

These steps should help you determine whether the issue is on your end or if there is a problem with your subscription.
