Hello Team,

I am trying to create an Azure account using my UAE-issued Mastercard credit card.

All details entered are correct and the card has international online transactions enabled.

However, I continue to receive the following error message:

"We’re unable to validate the credit card information you provided. Check the information for accuracy and try again. If the problem persists, try a different card or contact your card issuer."

I am currently in UAE and using a UAE credit card. Could you please help me understand why the verification is failing and what steps I can take to resolve it?

Please advise on how to proceed or if there are additional settings needed for Azure authorization or recurring payment verification.

Thank you

It seems that you are experiencing issues with credit card validation while trying to create an Azure account. Here are some common reasons and steps you can take to resolve the issue:

    1. Card Type Acceptance: Ensure that Mastercard is accepted for Azure subscriptions in your region. Generally, most countries accept credit and debit cards, but it's good to verify.
    2. Billing Address: Double-check that the billing address you entered matches exactly with what your bank has on file. Any discrepancies can lead to validation failures.
    3. Card Information Accuracy: Ensure that all card details, including the card number, expiration date, CVV, and name, are entered accurately and match the information on the card.
    4. Inactive or Blocked Card: Contact your bank to confirm that your card is active and not blocked for any reason. Sometimes, banks may block transactions they consider suspicious.
    5. International Transactions: Even though you mentioned that international transactions are enabled, it might be worth confirming with your bank that there are no additional restrictions on the card for online services like Azure.
    6. Try Another Card: If the problem persists, consider using a different credit card to see if the issue is specific to the current card.

If you continue to face issues, you may want to contact Azure support for further assistance.
