I understand you're having trouble activating Office Home & Student 2019, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Let's go through a few steps together to help you get it working.
Step 1: Confirm Your License
- Go to Microsoft Account Services https://account.microsoft.com/account/Account
- Sign in with the account you used to purchase Office.
- Check if Office Home & Student 2019 appears under Services & Subscriptions.
Step 2: Verify Installation
- Press Windows + R, type
appwiz.cpl, and hit Enter. - Look for Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 in the list.
- If missing, you need to reinstall.
Step 3: Reinstall Office
- Go to http://office.com/setup
- Sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Enter your product key (if prompted).
- Download and install Office again.
Step 4: Repair Office
- Press Windows + R, type
appwiz.cpl. - Select Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 → Change → Quick Repair.
