Completing KYC verification - additional documents needed

I'm trying to complete my KYC verification and I'm being asked to upload documents dated within the past 12 months. It shows that Domain is verified and an exclamation point beside "business verified". When I open the supporting documents, it's only allowing me to upload Domain verification documents.

We purchased our domain Oct 2024 from GoDaddy on a 3yr term. When I tried to find what other documents were acceptable, the only thing listed was a "certificate of employment" - which I'm not sure what that is.

How do I complete the verification and what is the Certificate of Employment?
