    Dear Bot Account

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum!

This is a known issue that can occur when the content of a Looking for Group (LFG) post is automatically flagged as potentially violating the Xbox Community Standards, particularly those rules against solicitation or unauthorized commercial activity, even when the intention is simply in-game trading.

In the meantime, please consider trying my suggestions and let me know any new information (if possible, specify the steps you have or are taking that have not resolved your issue) so I can follow up on your case:

    • Please visit the Enforcements | Xbox Support > sign in to submit a Case Review for the specific enforcement action. Review your enforcement history for the exact reason and duration.
    • If eligible (most strikes are), submit a case review right there—explain the post was for in-game trades only, and attach a screenshot. Responses come in ~14 days. No cost, and many get overturned if it's a misunderstanding.
    • Steer clear of words like "trading" in posts; use group chats for deals. Review full standards here: Xbox Community Standards | Xbox
