Hi,

Your Epic Games emails are missing because of sorting, sync, or retention settings in the new Outlook experience not because they were deleted. Outlook may have moved them to Other, Archive, or they’re temporarily hidden due to indexing.

Fastest solution:

Search using advanced filters:

Check Other, Archive, and Deleted Items.

Use Recover Deleted Items in Outlook if needed.

If still missing, log in to Epic Games Account → Transactions to download receipts or resend confirmation emails.

Is there a way to see if a email got deleted permantly in the deleted folder? i mean after clicking on deleting mails permantly? cuz i have a suspicion someone deleted them in my emails cant login into my epic account rn since im trying to get access back

unfortunately, Once an email is permanently deleted in Outlook after emptying the Deleted Items folder or using Delete permanently, it usually bypasses the standard recovery options. However, you can still check:

Recover Deleted Items: In Outlook Web or Desktop, go to Deleted Items → Recover Deleted Items. If the email is still in the server’s retention period, you’ll see it there and can restore it.

Retention Period: Microsoft keeps permanently deleted emails for a short time (usually up to 30 days, depending on your account type). After that, they’re unrecoverable.

Activity Check: If you suspect someone deleted them, review your Recent Activity at Microsoft Account Security to see if there were any unusual sign-ins or actions.

Since you can’t log in to Epic Games right now, once you regain access, request Epic to resend your purchase confirmation or account emails. Their support team can provide copies of transactions even if the original emails are gone.
