Hello. I have an alias account under my main account.

When I receive emails that are sent to the alias email, they come in my inbox ok.

When I want to send an email using my alias email, it does not work.

To send emails from your alias account in Outlook, you need to ensure that the setting to allow sending from aliases is enabled. If this setting is not configured, you may not be able to send emails using your alias.

Here are the steps to enable sending from your alias in Outlook:

    1. Ensure that the Set-OrganizationConfig -SendFromAliasEnabled $true cmdlet is set in your organization. This allows users to send from their aliases.
    2. When composing an email, check the From dropdown in the email compose window. You should see your alias listed there if the setting is enabled.
    3. Select your alias from the dropdown to send the email from that address.

If you still encounter issues, you may want to check with your administrator to ensure that your account is set up correctly to send emails from the alias.
