Basic 365 did not get a product key

I do not have a product key and cannot activate a product I purchased in November 2025

    Hello,

    If you made any purchases with microsoft you should be able to see them in your account's order history.

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    Open this link and login with the microsoft account that you used to make the purchase.

    You still do not tell me how to get my product key. I purchased it directly from Microsoft and a key has not been sent via email, nor is it in the invoice I received

    Since you purchased directly from Microsoft, you won't get a product key. The product you purchased can be found in the Microsoft account you chose at the time of purchase. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services.

    Note that if you actually got Microsoft 365 Basic (mentioned in the subject of this thread), that is just additional OneDrive storage and access to web and mobile apps. That license will NOT let you install the Office apps locally.
