I have an annual subscription for pdf x editor. I have a new laptop - I have uninstalled from the old laptop but cant load onto the new one. Each time I try to use it , it prompts for me to buy the subscription.

    Hello !

    I've encountered the same issue with PDF X editor.
    Open PDF X and open a PDF file. Then, click on "Files" > "Help" > "Contact us".

    Open the "Why it still asks to upgrade after I paid for PDF X?" section, and restore your purchase with the link.
