How do I remove the two line emails I'm now getting?

This has happened before but now I can't get rid of it. My emails have two lines now for each email....one bold and one regular. I can't stand this....it makes the page look confusing and horrible. In the past I've been able to get rid of it but now no matter what I do I can't get rid of it. I don't know if it is now unremovable but I'm tired of having "upgrades" that I am forced to keep....just like losing my normal calendar in the past....which I'm still pissed about.

It seems like you are experiencing an issue with the formatting of your emails in Outlook, where each email is displaying in two lines, one bold and one regular. Unfortunately, the provided context does not contain specific instructions on how to remove this formatting or change the appearance of your emails in Outlook.

You might want to check your email settings or formatting options within Outlook to see if there are any adjustments you can make. Additionally, if you are using a specific view or layout, switching to a different one might help resolve the issue. If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.

Is this Outlook in the web browser interface? Could you upload a screen which illustrates what you see?

You should of course make sure that you do not include any personal information such as e-mail addresses in the screen shot.
