Why are my saved emails being deleted

I set up a "saved" folder in Outlook. But emails in that folder get deleted. Why is this happening?

    Who is your mail provider - that is, what follows the @ in your address? What type of account - POP, IMAP, Exchange - do you use? Did you create the folder in the mailbox so that you could see it when accessing the mailbox with a web browser or did you create it in an Outlook Data file local to your computer?
