i accidentally deleted my email to give me access to epic games and i was wondering if i can change the email to another.

If you have deleted your Epic game account, you will need to contact Epic support since this requires access to their system.
If you have requested your Microsoft account to be closed, you can sign in within 60 days and cancel the closure request.

Regarding the email that you accidentally deleted. For Microsoft account and Xbox account, the email will be retained for 60 days before being permanently deleted, to recover them, you simply need to sign in to account.microsoft.com to cancel the deletion. After that time period, the email will be permanently deleted, and data will be erased from Microsoft servers for privacy compliance reasons. So, there is no way to get it back if that is the case, unfortunately.
