How to reset MS Authenticator MFA for B2C directories (not billing scope tenancy)?

I have a standard Azure WORKFORCE tenant, it has two GA accounts (both me). I have no problem with this and can sign into both.

In this WORKFORCE tenant, I have four AZURE AD B2C tenants. These are what I have a problem with!

I bought a new iPhone, and while transferring MS Authenticator codes to new iPhone, the codes for the AZURE AD B2C tenants failed to come across. I have now lost Authenticator codes to those AZURE AD B2C tenants, and can not log into them.

I have successfully gained access to two of them, and each required a new ticket to be created. Support were unhelpful in creating the extra tickets ... each time I've had to go through from the start, with no communication of the solution to the new ticket items. Frustrating, especially because I was told I needed a separate ticket for each AZURE AD B2C tenant.

There was significant language barrier with support staff to have them understand that the AZURE AD B2C tenants were what I could not log into. Every instance, support staff kept insisting my issue was that I could not access the WORKFORCE tenant.

In the two instances that I successfully had the Security Team reset MFA on two of my AZURE AD B2C tenant, and I restored access.

I still have two AZURE AD B2C tenants that I can not access, but now I only get CoPilot (useless POS) suggestions, and no option to. raise a ticket anymore. CoPilot can not reset this, and I am stuck.

How do I get Security team to reset these last two AZURE AD B2C tenants when I have no option to get any help other than CoPilot?!
