I believe you need to Create a power plan to get it to show.
I have these two plans because I created them:
My Custom Plan 1
My Custom Plan 2
My computer power plan is just solid Balanced only and no Additional Option

my windows 11 laptop have only balanced power plan and there no "Additional plans" show up
