I recently redeemed an amazon gift card, and it said that i should receive the details within 24 hours. however, it's been like 3 days now and i haven't received any email with the gift card in it, nor have i even received an email confirming that i have redeemed the offer and that the gift card is on its way.

my points haven't been deducted yet though. and when i open my order history, there's nothing.

please help.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Usually, gift cards are delivered to your email or appear in your Order History within 24 hours. However, if the order is out of stock, there may be a slight delay in receiving your gift card code.

When you check the Order History page in your Rewards account dashboard, are you no longer able to see the gift card code?

If it is not delivered to you yet, I recommend reaching out to Microsoft rewards support team directly using the link below.

    • Complete the form below for Microsoft Rewards Support and a member of the support team will contact you within 24 hours.

    Tahreen,

If this is the situation, I recommend filling out the rewards support form again. Ensure you use a different contact email address when submitting the form this time.
