  1. I am a paying Microsoft 365 subscriber, and I am experiencing an issue with my Outlook account. Everything was working fine yesterday, but as of today (December 6, 2025), Outlook is not functioning properly. It was not able to open when I clicked on it.
  2. Given the increasing adoption of cloud services and the rise of malicious cyber activity (MCP) in today’s tech landscape, I am concerned about how Microsoft protects its users—especially subscribers—from unauthorized access or control of their accounts.
  3. I have noticed that some Microsoft partners may not consistently adhere to Microsoft’s Responsible AI principles. As AI becomes more integrated into your products and services, it is critical that all partners strictly follow these guidelines to ensure ethical, transparent, and accountable AI use.
  4. Could Microsoft clarify the rules and enforcement mechanisms in place to ensure all partners comply with Responsible AI principles?
