If you were disconnected from a live chat, you can reconnect if you return within a specified time frame. By default, this duration is three minutes. If you return within this time, you can continue the conversation. However, if you take longer than three minutes to return, a new chat session will begin.
To help with reconnection, your service representative may have shared a reconnection link with you during the chat. If this feature is enabled, you can use that link to reconnect to the same representative. If you are unable to reconnect using the link or within the time limit, you will need to start a new chat session.
