The "Access Denied" error you are encountering can be caused by various factors. Here are some potential reasons and solutions:

    1. IP Address Blocking: Websites may temporarily block your IP address if they detect unusual activity, such as too many requests in a short period. This is often a protective measure against denial-of-service attacks. If this is the case, the block may be lifted after some time.
    2. Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, cached data or cookies can cause access issues. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if that resolves the problem.
    3. Firewall or Security Software: Your firewall or security software might be blocking access to certain websites. Check your security settings or temporarily disable the software to see if it resolves the issue.
    4. Network Issues: Since you mentioned that you can access these sites from your mobile phone, the issue might be specific to your computer's network settings. Restarting your router or checking your network configuration might help.
    5. Permissions: Ensure that your user account has the necessary permissions to access the websites. Sometimes, user account settings can lead to access issues.

If these suggestions do not resolve the issue, consider reaching out to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for further assistance, as they may have additional insights into network-related problems.

Hello. You can try changing your computer’s DNS settings, this often fixes issues where certain websites won’t load.

DNS works like a phonebook for the internet. Sometimes your provider’s DNS is slow or has errors. Switching to public DNS servers can make connections more reliable.

    Here’s how to change it:

    1. Press Windows key + R, type ncpa.cpl, and press Enter.
    2. Right-click your active connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) and choose Properties.
    3. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties.
    4. Choose Use the following DNS server addresses.
    5. Enter these:
      • Preferred DNS: 8.8.8.8 (Google Public DNS)
      • Alternate DNS: 8.8.4.4 (Google Public DNS)
    6. Click OK and try the websites again.

So after this change, your computer will use Google’s DNS servers, which are usually faster and more dependable than the ones provided by most internet providers.

Let me know if this helps.
