Could an admin please help me recover old photos from an old laptop linked to my microsoft account? I randomly saw it pop up the other week but didn't think to save them as I thought I could always access these photos through microsoft. Onedrive no help

Please help me recover these old photos. I've seen them pop up on my computer just a couple weeks ago but didnt save as I thouht i could come ack to them through my microsoft account but that isnt the case. Onedrive is no help at all. Please these pictures are precious to me.

    Hello. This is a community-driven forum, so we don’t have the ability to access user accounts, recover files, or make changes to your account.

    I can definitely help you try to locate the photos, but keep in mind there’s a real possibility they may have been deleted. When you saw them “a couple of weeks ago,” were you in the Photos app looking under OneDrive or under This PC?

    Also, try searching for your photos directly in File Explorer:

    1. Open File Explorer.
    2. Click This PC on the left.
    3. At the top-right, click the search box.
    4. Type one of these and press Enter to look for photo files:
      • *.jpg
      • *.png
      • *.raw
      • *.heic

    This will make Windows look through your whole computer for images with those formats.
