Microsoft 365 -> Developer Program -> Dashboard/Subscription issue

My Microsoft 365 Developer Account is created but the dashboard keeps loading.

Sandbox not provisioned for more than 72 hours.

Please enable my E5 subscription manually.

    Please note that, as forum moderators, we do not have access to the internal systems required to investigate individual account issues due to privacy and security constraints, and we also do not have the ability to grant or activate licenses manually. However, we would like to offer the following suggestions: 

    -If you haven’t already, you may try clearing your browser cache or using an InPrivate/Incognito window to see if the dashboard loads correctly. 

    -If you have confirmed that you meet the eligibility criteria, but certain features are still unavailable, the recommended step is to contact Microsoft Developer Support through the Services Hub. Please note that access requires a paid support ticket and is subject to specific conditions. Before submitting a ticket, please review the official guidance in the: Services Hub sign in FAQs | Microsoft Learn
