My Microsoft account was hacked and I lost access

My Microsoft account (with an Outlook email) has been hacked. The attacker changed my password and recovery email/phone number, so I can no longer access the account.

This account contains my Minecraft license and important files stored in OneDrive, which I urgently need to recover.

I have already tried the account recovery form, but I cannot get back in because the hacker changed all the security info.

Please guide me on how to regain access to my account or how to contact Microsoft support for account recovery. Any help would be appreciated.

When my account was hacked, the attacker also changed the primary email on my Microsoft account to (PII Removed), which is not my email. I did not authorize this change.

My Minecraft username and skin were changed recently without my permission. I did not make these changes, and this confirms that someone else currently has access to my Microsoft account. The attached screenshot shows the name and skin history changes.

This is a serious problem with Microsoft accounts, when a hacker changes the recovery options like the Email associated to the account, sadly the account is no longer recoverable, try using the steps they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, the account cannot be recovered, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, try to find a local Microsoft Support phone number in your local area, but they usually cannot help to recover a hacked account if that automated process does not work.
