If yes, please know that Microsoft 365 subscriptions are tied to the country where they were originally purchased, including the local payment methods available there. Because of this, you won’t be able to switch the country directly on an active subscription. The usual approach is to cancel the current subscription, let it fully expire, and then resubscribe using the Netherlands as the country along with your new payment method.
