M365 Copilot for Mac will not stay logged in, nor work in Word and other Office apps.

I am running M365 Copilot for Mac and the application never stays signed in. When I try to sign in with my account credentials and the Authenticator app, it will log in successfully and sometimes work just find. But most of the time, it says something went wrong and to try and reload later. I've tried changing my password and then logging out and logging back in, but that does not seem to work. The only work around I have been able to do is use Copilot through the browser, but then I lose out on having it collaborate with me in my Word and Excel documents.

Has anybody else experienced the same problem and figured out how to get it to work consistently?
