Shared with me folder in one drive is not working anymore

I have access to onedrive with my family member, it used to work perfectly. Suddenly, it stops working, and evertime i try i receive the attached file. My onedrive is workin, only the shared files are not. we tryed to remove the access and give it back and still not working.

We really appreciate resolving the issue the soones
