If you are unable to identify the Microsoft account associated with your Azure certification, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Confirm Your Login Account: Ensure that you are signing in to the correct Microsoft Learn profile. If you have multiple accounts, try logging in with each one to see if your certification appears.
    2. Check Your Email: After passing your exam, a congratulations email is sent to the email listed as your Contact Email in your Learn profile. This email may not be the same as the one you use to log in. Check any email accounts you may have used.
    3. Contact Support: If you still cannot find your certification, consider contacting Microsoft Credentials Support for further assistance.
    4. Certiport Exams: If your exam was taken through Certiport, note that these certifications are not reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed separately through your Certiport account.

Following these steps should help you locate your Azure certification associated with your Microsoft account.

You need to sign into Microsoft Learn https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab with all email accounts that you have access to

Because of privacy rules, it is not possible to tell you the email address associated to a certification
